Faculty Employment Opportunities

TGS is looking for teachers to join our team as we expand our student enrollment for the 2016-2017 school year and beyond. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of excellent classroom teaching and an ambition to be pioneers who push the boundaries of what is possible in education.

Our program requires an unusually strong dedication to the craft of teaching, a sense of adventure, and an ability to explore interconnections between academic disciplines and applying them to real world experiences that leverage our global destinations. Command of core knowledge and skills is essential, but so are imagination and creativity; as Yada’s quote implies there are no normal days at THINK Global School. Our school administers the official IB Diploma Programme in the 11th and 12th grade, and a coordinated “pre-IB” program 10th grade, so previous experience with IB curriculum and pedagogy is strongly preferred. Finally, technology is an integral part of all we do so a willingness to learn, adopt and innovate with technology both in and out of the classroom is key.

At TGS, we value diversity and want to attract a truly international faculty. We invite teachers from all cultural, ethnic, and national backgrounds to apply for the positions listed directly below.

 Staff Employment Opportunities

Coordinating the activities of the world’s first global high school is no easy task. We are always looking to expand the scope of our educational offering and get things done more efficiently. Our workplace is a tightly knit community, with a culture emphasizing exploration and innovation. Some of us have a long background in education, while some have entered the field more recently, bringing other skills and approaches to a newfound passion.

Some positions require periodic travel. We welcome contributions of all shapes and sizes, so please approach us with solutions we say we need, or better yet solutions we didn’t even know we needed until you suggested them.

TGS values diversity and wants to build a truly international administrative staff. We invite candidates from all cultural, ethnic, and national backgrounds to apply for the positions listed below.

StudentLIFE Employment Opportunities

A TGS StudentLIFE Advisor is part supervisor, part mentor, part counselor, part activity coordinator, and part general purpose problem solver. You will be spending a great deal of time around teenagers, so you should enjoy their company, appreciate their diversity, and tolerate their (occasional) absurdity.

You will need to balance an ability to connect with students on their level while exercising sound judgment. Specific knowledge of one of the host cities is not required, but would certainly be welcome.

TGS values diversity and wants to build a truly international residential staff. We invite candidates from all cultural, ethnic, and national backgrounds to apply for the positions listed below.
