You are spot on with your view of the "unorthodox looking man" and his "energetic" personality. I too, had the pleasure to hear him speak, and left with the hope that those in the educational world, will hear and act upon his message. Your school, TGS, and those that created it, heard the message and decided to be brave to step out of the 'box' and create what you now are experiencing.
