A TGS ResLIFE Advisor is part supervisor, part mentor, part counselor, part activity coordinator, and part general purpose problem solver. You will be spending a great deal of time around teenagers, so you should enjoy their company, appreciate their diversity, and tolerate their (occasional) absurdity.
You will need to balance an ability to connect with students on their level while exercising sound judgment. Specific knowledge of one of the host cities is not required, but would certainly be welcome.
