In 2009, Rob founded IMCOLOURBLIND Incorporated, an innovative Australian charity that has worked to advance non-discrimination and cultural inclusivity. IMCOLOURBLIND Inc. has advocated through social awareness campaigns in high schools and universities; developed libraries in refugee detention centres around Australia; promoted meaningful messages through fashion; and created intercultural dialogue opportunities.
Truly a global citizen, Rob has travelled to 30 different countries around the world. In 2008, Rob received a full scholarship to attend the world’s first international student-based sea-faring university. The Scholar Ship connected 150 people from 32 countries on a voyage halfway around the world. This initiative, like THINK Global School, was a mobile experience-driven leadership program. Rob was eager to be a part of TGS, after his experience on The Scholar Ship, for he recognises the effectiveness of integrating learning through tangible experience.
Rob recently completed a clerkship at one of Australia’s leading law firms and is currently engaged in writing his legal honours thesis.
