Your growth as a human is our number-one priority at THINK Global School – and that includes your body, mind, and spirit. While you won’t find a traditional gym-shorts-and-whistles physical education program here, we do place a strong emphasis on physical fitness and encourage you to develop an exercise regimen that strengthens your body and nurtures your soul.
Personalized Fitness
From swimming to skateboarding, stay active doing what you love.
“Ever since I started attending THINK Global School three years and three months ago, my mentality has been to see as much as possible using my boards. Looking back at Argentina in 2012, I was able to achieve a more personal goal of locating and riding every known skate spot in Buenos Aires.” —Isaac, Class of 2015

Be Strong in Body and Spirit
Unlike traditional high schools, THINK Global School doesn’t field varsity teams or require participation in organized athletics. Instead, students have the flexibility to stay active in ways that genuinely interest them, whether that’s joining classmates for an evening soccer match, heading out for a morning run, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoor opportunities unique to each country we call home.
Our Student Life team regularly organizes recreational activities that reflect our ever-changing locations. Depending on where we are in the world, students might find themselves hiking mountain trails, swimming at local beaches, kayaking, rock climbing, playing volleyball or basketball, or participating in group fitness sessions. Whether students are pursuing a lifelong passion or trying something completely new, there are countless opportunities to stay healthy, connect with friends, and embrace an active lifestyle throughout their journey.

on fitness at TGS:
Working out has been a big thing at TGS. Working out in all of the different locations has been really fun and challenging because you have to do something new in each place. I ran up a mountain in Florence for the first time this morning and realized … uhhh.. my lungs don’t like mountains a lot! That part of it, being able to go out and have these new experiences is what challenged and changed me the most.
