Sacha has a dream to live in a world of equality where every person has the resources and opportunities to follow their passions and dreams. In 2008, at the age of 18, Sacha founded Sachas. Realizing that businesses exist as a result of their communities, environment and people, Sacha created a 50/50 Business Model where 50% of profits go back into the Sachas brand, while the other 50% go into Sachas Love – a philanthropic foundation that provides the resources and opportunities for others to find and follow their passions and dreams.
Also in 2008, Sacha began writing Teens Big Dreams – a motivational and life-skills book which he designed and published in 2010. Teens Big Dreams has been read by and has inspired people of all ages from all over the world, and in 2011, it received official recommendation from the Lord Mayor of Parramatta, John Chedid. There are already schools, universities and companies that are using Teens Big Dreams as a resource, and many people believe that it should become a standard issue text for high schools.
In the past few years Sacha has become a recognised speaker. To date he has run workshops for Microsoft, Golden Key Asia Pacific Conference, Schools, Universities and other organisations. Sacha has also spoken as a Keynote Speaker for the University of Western Sydney Public Forum, TEDx 2010, Golden Key New Member Receptions and The University of Adelaide Western Region Enterprise Day.
