Though enjoying the cuisine of the host country is a favored experience, students also get many opportunities to try out new cuisine from all over the globe. During the Beijing term, dinners ranged from Jamaican to Thai to fresh sushi rolls, custom made to order. This photomotion video of a sushi chef at work chronicled a particularly memorable meal for the Year 1 students, many of which got to concoct their own signature rolls.
