THINK Global School is pleased to announce that Class of 2014 Alumni A’ntonia Benson is the recipient of this year’s Symposium Scholar Grant. A’ntonia is a senior at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is a Studio Art Major, with a concentration in Communication Design and secondary concentration in Photography. Our 2018 Symposium will be held in Bilbao, Spain on June 5th as a part of our Commencement Activities. A’ntonia will be joining us live to deliver her winning dialogue: Race, Context and Difficult Conversations.
This is the third year of the Symposium Scholar Grant opportunity. The selection process involved two rounds of proposals–in both proposal and speech transcript form–both analyzed in a fashion similar to the well-known TED Talks. We would like to thank all applicants for their continued participation and support.
Interested in applying for the Symposium Scholar Grant opportunity in the future? We will be accepting applications for the TGS 2019 Symposium starting in December, so watch out for more details. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com with any questions regarding the process.
