In 2009, Katharina Beckmann, Stefanie Gerke and Nele Heinevetter founded NICHE BERLIN in reaction to a fascinating phenomenon: new urban developments and artist initiatives rarely make it into guided tours. By necessity, art and architecture lovers tend to visit only the well-known galleries and buildings in Berlin. Of course, it’s the newest trends and developments that offer deeper insights and appeal most to experts and connoisseurs.
The idea for Niche Art And Architecture Tours Berlin was born, and has since been lauded by clients and press. Today, Niche Berlin employs a multidisciplinary team of art historians, heritage conservators, architects and artists, giving this work a wider audience.
