Being part of a diverse and international community experience opened my eyes to the many different ways to live a life. There’s no one “right way,” and there is so much to learn from everyone and everything around you. It’s allowed me to better understand different people, the world, and myself in a really meaningful way.
2) Thinking about the various countries and cultures you’ve experienced, is there a specific place that you feel a strong connection to? Why?
Looking back at the different countries and cultures I’ve experienced, I feel connected to Botswana 🇧🇼. It helped me learn that no matter where we come from, whether it be friends or family, things are better with good company and that our connections with one another should be cherished.
3) What advice would you give to future students considering joining THINK Global School?
If I had to give advice to students considering joining THINK Global School, I would tell them to go out there and experience the world! Don’t leave learning to just the classroom! Be open-minded, curious, and humble, but don’t forget that you also have something within you to share with the world. Enjoy the ride and take in all this world has to offer.
