Journey to the Terracotta Warriors of Xi'an The ninth grade students of THINK Global School travel by bus, train, and foot to the famous Terracotta Warriors of Xi'an. Get the unique experience of hearing their expectations prior to visiting, followed by how those compare to their first-hand impressions. Throughout the entire journey, they enjoy themselves in this outdoor, remote classroom and create lasting connections to Chinese history.

TGS Students Become Teachers Our students transformed into leaders when they taught English to Chinese students, most of whom are older than themselves. Everyone broke into small groups, played educational and recreational games, memorized songs, and most importantly learned from each other.

Learning Tai Chi At the beginning of each week, TGS students practice Tai Chi, an ancient exercise ritual practiced daily by millions of Chinese to strengthen mind and body.

Chinese Theatre Performance Roles, personalities, and expressions came into play at the China Culture Center, where TGS students learned about Peking Opera — one form of traditional Chinese theatre which combines music, vocal performance, mime, dance, and acrobatics.

Welcome to Beijing THINK Global School students jumped into their first week of classes by joining forces with BISS students and the JUMP! Foundation to create action plans for important global issues. They also engaged in some sports and art while they immediately acclimated to their new host city of Beijing.

Welcome to China, THINK Global School! This week, we welcomed back our Grade 9 students for the third term in Beijing. All of the young minds made it safely from their travels around the world and are super excited to start classes with our host school, Beijing BISS International School.
