Over the past 20 years, Zoe has dedicated her career to championing all children’s right to a quality education by striving to empower and inspire learners from all backgrounds. Her passion for advancing social mobility and improving educational outcomes for children and young people is evident not only in her professional work but through her personal commitment as well. Now based back at home in the UK, Zoe continues to positively impact education, both at the local level and on a global scale.
In 2014, after a decade living and working in rural Africa to enhance education for some of the world’s most vulnerable children, Zoe transitioned from a career in international development to applying her expertise within the independent school sector. Leveraging her strengths in program management, operations, fundraising, and people-centered initiatives, Zoe excels in school operations, development, partnerships, and community and alumni relations.
Zoe holds a Master’s in Management of Non-Governmental Organizations from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Birmingham. She currently serves as Chair of Governors at Greenfields, a local state primary school, and sits on the Board of the Watford Jazz Junction, a community interest company focused on inclusion, mental well-being, and live music.
