Jean and Stephen Dollery

While sitting around the dinner table with Emma and Jonah a month or so ago, reminiscing about their TGS journey, we were truly mezmerised by their experiences and the gratitude we all felt for them having had the opportunity to attend THINK Global School. Nothing, really nothing, compares or even comes close to what they have learned while at TGS. We have two eloquent, respectful, vociferous (and intellectually argumentative), knowledgeable but (mostly) humble children that we are enormously proud of. They know and understand privilege and poverty. They understand community and collaboration. They have empathy and understanding. They listen before they respond. They also understand that TGS is and has been the springboard to launch themselves into worlds they would otherwise never have had the opportunity to experience, beyond the school itself. They will carry the memories and the lessons they learnt, the friends they made, and the truly remarkable people that guided them, with them, for life. (And vicariously, we too, have been enriched, educated, stimulated and enthralled by their journey!)
